Pardo Medical Aesthetics is a sole-trader practice run by Cristina Pardo Sarria, an NMC-registered aesthetic nurse practitioner based in Norwich, Norfolk. The practice is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO registration: ZC117454) and complies with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Throughout this notice, "I", "me" and "my practice" all refer to Pardo Medical Aesthetics.
When you book a consultation or treatment with me, I collect the minimum information I need to look after you safely:
I only collect information I genuinely need:
I process your personal information under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a) (consent). Because your health information is "special category data", I also rely on UK GDPR Article 9(2)(h) (provision of healthcare). In plain terms, that breaks down as:
Your records live in two places. Digital records — treatment notes, consent forms and clinical photographs — are kept in encrypted services protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication, only accessible from my own devices. Any paper records I take during a visit are kept in a locked cabinet at my home office in Norwich. As a mobile practitioner, I don't leave your records anywhere I'm not personally present.
Treatment records — consent forms, medical history, clinical photographs and treatment notes — are kept securely for a minimum of 10 years from your last appointment, in line with JCCP and Save Face guidance for non-surgical aesthetic procedures. After that, records are securely destroyed. You can ask me to delete your data at any time, but I may need to keep clinical records until the 10-year period expires — this protects both of us if a question about your treatment arises later.
Only I have direct access to your treatment records. To run my practice I rely on a small number of trusted service providers (data processors) who may handle limited categories of your information on my behalf:
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and operates under UK GDPR-aligned terms. I don't sell or share your personal or medical information for marketing, advertising or any other purpose.
You have rights over your data. You can:
To exercise any of these rights, email pardomedical@gmail.com or call +44 7463 145163.
If you agree, I take before-and-after clinical photographs to document your treatment progress. These are stored in your private treatment record and subject to the same security and retention rules as the rest of your data.
Separately, I may ask whether you're happy for clinical photographs to be used for marketing or educational purposes. This is entirely optional — you can decline without it affecting your treatment in any way. Marketing and educational consent is taken in the following layers, and you can agree to as few or as many as you wish:
You can withdraw any marketing or educational photography consent at any time by emailing pardomedical@gmail.com. Photos already shared in print or on external platforms can't be retrieved, but I'll stop using them going forward.
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate to help me understand which pages are useful. It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not track you across other websites. I don't use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking technology.
If you believe I'm not handling your data properly, please get in touch with me first — I'd rather hear about it and put it right. You also have the right to complain directly to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's independent data protection authority.

I may update this privacy notice from time to time to reflect changes in how I run my practice or to keep up with the law. The "Last updated" date at the top will always show when it last changed. If I make significant changes that affect existing clients, I'll let you know directly by email.

Initial consultations are free, with no obligation to proceed with a treatment.
You can reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours before your booked time. If you reschedule with less notice, the same cancellation fee applies.
To ensure your safety, you agree to provide honest and complete information about your medical history, allergies, medications, and any skin conditions. If you withhold information or provide inaccurate details, I may need to cancel or postpone your treatment. This is entirely for your protection.
By booking a consultation or treatment, you confirm that you've read and understood the pre-treatment and aftercare instructions, and you agree to follow them.
While I'm fully qualified and use evidence-based techniques, aesthetic treatments carry some level of risk. Possible temporary side effects include redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness, or hypersensitivity. These typically resolve within a few days.
If you experience any unexpected reactions or concerns, contact me immediately. In rare cases, more serious complications can occur. You're responsible for seeking appropriate medical attention if you have concerns about your health following treatment.
I always give honest advice about realistic outcomes. During your consultation I'll talk you through what's achievable, what isn't, and what timeline to expect for results. Results vary from person to person based on age, skin quality, lifestyle, and individual response to treatment.
You agree to follow the aftercare instructions provided. Failure to follow these instructions may affect your results and could increase the risk of complications. I'm always available if you have questions about your aftercare.
Most aesthetic treatments aren't recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. If you're pregnant or planning to become pregnant, please let me know during your consultation. I can talk you through which treatments are suitable and when it's safe to proceed.
You must be 18 years or older to book a treatment. Anyone under 18 will require written parental or guardian consent.
Consultations are free. Payment for treatments is taken in person on the day of your appointment, before the procedure begins. I accept all major payment methods.
While I take every precaution to ensure your safety and wellbeing, you acknowledge that you're choosing to undertake these treatments at your own risk. I carry full professional indemnity insurance to protect both of us. You agree not to hold me liable for any side effects or complications that are disclosed as normal, expected risks in the pre-treatment consultation.
I never use before-and-after photos or testimonials without your explicit written consent. The full options for clinical, marketing and educational use are set out in Section 9 of the Privacy Policy above — or we can just talk it through at your appointment.
Your treatment records and any information you share are confidential. I won't discuss your treatments or results with anyone else without your permission, with the exception of health and safety authorities if required by law.
I may update these terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued booking of services indicates your acceptance of updated terms.
These terms are governed by English law and the laws of England and Wales.
