Mobile aesthetics in Norwich means professional injectable and skin treatments delivered at your home, by an NMC-registered nurse, with the same clinical standards as a clinic. I am Cristina Pardo, the nurse behind Pardo Medical Aesthetics. I serve Norwich and the NR towns within 15 miles of NR4. I bring sterile, single-use equipment, clinical-grade products, and a sharps bin to every appointment. The clinical standard does not change. The location does.
I am the only mobile aesthetic nurse practitioner working across the Norwich area. If you have been searching for a way to have aesthetic treatments without leaving the house, this page explains what mobile aesthetics actually means, how an appointment works, and which areas I cover.
What mobile aesthetics actually means
Most clinics in Norwich rent a treatment room and ask you to come to them. Mobile aesthetics flips that model. I travel to you with everything I need to deliver a full aesthetic treatment in a clean, private space at your home or a quiet, suitable room at your workplace.
The kit I bring fits in a clinical case the size of a cabin bag. Inside: clinical-grade fillers and polynucleotide products in temperature-controlled storage, single-use needles, sterile drapes, alcohol prep, non-latex gloves, a portable treatment table, a sharps bin, hand sanitiser, and a marking pen. Every item touching your skin is opened in front of you and disposed of in the sharps bin before I leave.
If you have ever been to a clinic appointment, the in-room experience will feel familiar. The differences sit at the edges. There is no waiting room. No reception. No reminder text two days before about parking. You answer the door, we walk through your consultation, and after the treatment you stay where you are.
Who chooses mobile aesthetics
The clients I see most often fall into three groups.
Working mums and busy professionals. A clinic appointment in central Norwich usually costs you 90 minutes of your day with the travel and parking. A home appointment slots into a lunch break or the school run window. You finish the treatment and the rest of your day continues.
People who want privacy. Aesthetic treatments are personal. Some clients prefer not to be seen walking into an aesthetic clinic, particularly in a smaller city where you might bump into someone you know on Magdalen Street. A home appointment removes that.
Anyone who finds clinical settings stressful. If you have ever felt rushed at a clinic, or anxious in a treatment chair you did not pick, the difference at home is noticeable. You set the temperature. You choose the music. You can have a cup of tea before we start.
The decision is personal. If a clinic works better for you, I can recommend two or three excellent ones in central Norwich. Mobile suits clients who value privacy, time, and recovery in their own space. For some clients, a clinic is the better fit, and that is fine too.
Areas I serve across Norwich and Norfolk
The service area is a 15-mile radius from NR4. That covers the whole of greater Norwich and reaches well into the surrounding Norfolk countryside.
Specifically I treat clients in:
Central Norwich: NR1, NR2, NR3, NR4, NR5, NR6, NR7. Includes Eaton, Cringleford, Earlham, Unthank Road, Mile Cross, Sprowston, Thorpe St Andrew, and Hellesdon.
Surrounding villages and towns: Hethersett, Wymondham, Mulbarton, Long Stratton, Poringland, Loddon, Brundall, Acle, Old Catton, Costessey, Drayton, Taverham, Horsford, Reepham, Aylsham, and Dereham.
If your postcode is not on the list, send me a quick message with where you are. The 15-mile boundary is approximate, and I am happy to look at slightly further locations on a case-by-case basis.
How a mobile appointment actually works
Before we meet in person
Every booking starts with a free video consultation. We talk through what you would like to achieve, I show you example outcomes, and you decide whether to book a treatment date. There is no pressure to go ahead. Most consultations take 20 to 30 minutes.
The morning of your appointment
I confirm the appointment by text the morning of, with my arrival window. I will ask you to clean your face and pick a room with good natural light if possible. A clean glass of water and a tidy surface for me to lay the kit out are the only practical things you need to prepare.
When I arrive
I usually arrive ten minutes early. The first fifteen minutes are clinical. We go through the medical screening questions, sign the consent form, and I do the facial assessment. Numbing cream goes on next where relevant, and we wait for it to work while we chat through the plan again. The treatment itself depends on what you are having done, usually 15 to 30 minutes.
Afterwards
I take photos for your record (private to you and me, not used anywhere without your written consent), give you a printed aftercare sheet, and answer any final questions. The whole appointment runs 60 to 90 minutes. I follow up by text at 24 hours and at 14 days to check how you are healing.
How scheduling works
To keep prices the same as a clinic and the service running smoothly, I cluster appointments by area. Each day of the week is dedicated to a different part of the service zone. That way I am not driving 25 miles between two clients on the same afternoon, which keeps the day calm and the prices honest.
Typical days:
- Mondays and Tuesdays: central Norwich, Eaton, Cringleford, and the NR1 to NR5 postcodes
- Wednesdays: south-west circuit including Wymondham, Hethersett, and Mulbarton
- Thursdays: north circuit including Aylsham, Cawston, Sprowston, and Old Catton
- Fridays: west circuit including Costessey, Drayton, Taverham, and Mattishall
- Last Friday of every month: Dereham and surrounding villages, batched together for an efficient day in mid-Norfolk
When you book, tell me your postcode and your preferred date. If your area falls on a day that does not work for you, get in touch and we will find a way around it. The schedule is a default, not a hard limit.
Safety and clinical standards in a home setting
The medical-aesthetics industry has a reputation problem in part because some practitioners cut corners outside clinical settings. I want to be clear about how I do things, because the difference matters.
I am an NMC-registered nurse practitioner. My PIN is on the NMC public register at nmc.org.uk for anyone who wants to verify it. I carry professional indemnity insurance specific to aesthetic practice. I trained at Derma Medical and I am currently completing my Level 7 in Injectables (the highest qualification available for injectables in the UK).
Clinical practice on the day is non-negotiable. Every needle is single-use and disposed of in a yellow clinical sharps bin I carry with me. Every wipe is single-use. Every product comes from a verified UK supplier, in its original packaging, opened in front of you. I follow the same aseptic-non-touch technique I was trained in as a community nurse, where home visits were daily and the standard of care was identical to hospital care.
I do not work in salons or back rooms or anywhere that I cannot guarantee the clinical conditions. If something about the space at home does not feel safe to me on the day, I will tell you, and we will either fix it or reschedule. That has happened twice. Both times the client was glad I said something.
Pricing for mobile appointments
Mobile appointments cost the same as a clinic appointment with me would. There is no travel surcharge within the 15-mile zone. A £50 deposit secures every booking and is deducted from the final treatment price.
For a full breakdown of treatments and prices, visit the pricing page. The most commonly booked mobile treatments are lip filler from £160, tear trough filler from £330 (launch price, regular £350), polynucleotides from £250 (launch, regular £300), and Profhilo at £270.
Frequently Asked Questions
Mobile aesthetics means injectable and skin treatments delivered at the client's home rather than in a clinic. The nurse brings sterile, single-use equipment, clinical-grade products, and a sharps bin, and treats you in a clean, private space prepared for the appointment. The clinical standard is the same as a clinic. The location is different.
Yes, when delivered by a registered nurse with proper equipment, sterile technique, and full liability insurance. I work to NMC standards and follow the same clean-field protocols I used in community nursing. Single-use needles go into a clinical sharps bin I carry. Single-use gloves, alcohol prep, hand sanitiser, and a portable treatment table are part of every visit. Aftercare follow-up is by phone or video at 24 hours and 14 days.
I cover anywhere within 15 miles of NR4. That includes central Norwich, Eaton, Cringleford, Hethersett, Wymondham, Mulbarton, Long Stratton, Poringland, Loddon, Brundall, Acle, Thorpe St Andrew, Sprowston, Old Catton, Hellesdon, Costessey, Drayton, Taverham, Horsford, Reepham, Aylsham, and Dereham. If you are unsure whether you are in the area, message me with your postcode.
No. I charge the same prices for a mobile appointment as I would in a clinic. There is no travel surcharge within the 15-mile radius. A £50 deposit secures the appointment and is deducted from the final treatment price.
Very little. A clean room with good lighting and a comfortable chair works well. I bring a clean drape, a small portable treatment table for my equipment, and good lighting. The space should be a clean room with running water nearby. Pets ideally in another room during the appointment itself. I will let you know in advance what to prepare.
Most appointments take 60 to 90 minutes. That includes the in-person assessment, the consent paperwork, numbing time, the treatment itself, and the aftercare brief. Lip filler treatments take around 45 minutes from when I arrive. Polynucleotides take longer because of the layered injection technique.
Yes, as long as the room is private, clean, and has good lighting. A meeting room at work or a private treatment room at a hair salon both work well. I have treated clients during lunch breaks and after-hours. Just check with your employer before booking.
The most common reasons clients give me are privacy, time, and recovery. Privacy because a home appointment means nobody from your office or neighbourhood needs to see you walking into an aesthetic clinic. Time because there is no travel, no parking, and no waiting room. Recovery because the moment the treatment finishes you can put on a face cover and rest in your own home rather than driving home with swollen lips. Working mums, shift workers, and clients with anxiety around clinical settings all tend to prefer it.
